Due to the exclusive nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified, including applying discount codes or altering shipping details

If an exchange is permitted for incorrect or defective items, item(s) must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached and in their original packaging and free of any odors or fragrances within 15 days from when the order was shipped. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in salable condition. The additional shipping costs are not compensated. Return labels can only be provided to US addresses.
